Armadillo Project Manager
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Software Version:      Version 1.1
Created by: Jeff Hamblin & Bruce Atkinson of Twisted DIRT
======================================================================

Installation Instructions:
==========================
If you have previously installed Version 1.0 of APM, you should uninstall
it before preceeding with the installation of this program. To uninstall
Version 1.0, go to the Control Panel and double click on "Add/Remove Programs".
In there you should see the Armadillo Project Manager in the program list.
Click on the title and then click on "Add/Remove" to run the unistaller.
When finished you are ready to install this program.

To install this program, you can either run "setup.exe" directly from within
WinZIP or else extract the files to a temporary folder and run "setup.exe"
from there.

It is not critical to install the program in any specific location because
the Armadillo Project Manager "remembers" where you opened the last project.

Requirements for Using the Armadillo Project Manager:
=====================================================
The requirements are the same for running MOA. You MUST have proper
installations of both MCM2 and Armadillo or APM will refuse to run. APM
verifies your Windows registry to locate where everything is installed.
From there it tests that it can find all the installed locations. If APM
fails to locate your installations, it will display an error message and
then exit.

What's New In Version 1.1
=========================
* Support for multiple texture maps in complex objects.
* Support for High Definition Tracks.
* Limited support for built-in animations (Start Gate and 30sec Man).
* Ability to View PRJ data and optionally update it.
